Absolutely the worst customer service team. I had transferred a car out of my name and advised this horrible organization and they still refused to remove the charges from my account, stating that they WILL NOT update the account as it is in their terms an conditions to to so horrible.However, if the car had been in my name but with no account I would have been chased by their debt collection team whom are equally as horrible. Double standards here.

Tried to pay online on 11.11.2022 for two trip passes for one way trips taken on 08.11 and 09.11 however was only permitted to pay for the trip on 09.11 - perhaps amending the advertised period of time within which trip passes may retrospectively be paid for to hours (72 hours) instead of days (3 days (8.11-9.11 = 1 day, 9.11-10.11 = 2 days, 10.11-11.11 = 3 days SO SHOULD HAVE BEEN ABLE TO PAY ON 11.11 FOR TRIP PASS FOR TRIP TAKEN ON 08.11!!!)) will avoid deceiving users? I now have to pay an invoice which of course will have extra fees and charges added to the original toll quite possibly quadrupling the cost of the trip. Calling Eastlink Customer Centre numerous times in an effort to obtain the invoice number so I can pay it as soon as possible I cannot get through to speak to a Customer Service Officer, the only option given is to leave my phone number for a call back. There is no point me doing this as I am incredibly difficult to make contact with via phone call. I have just filled in the online Contact Us form requesting the invoice number and received an Online Enquiry Receipt asking that I allow UP TO 7 DAYS for a response!!! HOW MANY CUSTOMER SERVICE OFFICERS DO YOU ACTUALLY HAVE EMPLOYED THERE - 2?!?! Seriously Eastlink Management your Customer Centre offers almost ZERO service - worthy of a ZERO star review (if only that was an option).

I was made to feel attacked by the customer service officer in the Eastlink office today. Apparently I have a dead etag that I never returned so she felt it was her job to ‘tell me off’. There are nice ways to talk to people and still get your point across, and this person hasn’t learnt this obviously. Not very friendly staff. Would recommend doing things online if you can, to avoid these people.

Be aware- they don't send out a warning to let you know your etag has stopped working. They keep taking out the money plus a surcharge.
