Sadly I have to report a really poor experience. Last year Chris installed a new water filter. Exceptional service.Moving forward to this year I needed to replace the filter. The unit was immovable. I called on Chris to swing by just when he could to undo the very tight unit. It took 2 strong men to undo it, I had no hope. A few minutes on job cost me $80 cash. Chris' ethics went from hero to zero in those minutes. Praying on an old person is incomprehensible. Chris you ripped me off And you are not paying tax on the transaction. You are disgraceful.Fast Forward April 2023Hi Shane Clearly I was terribly upset with the unprofessional service I received from Chris and why I took my frustrations out here. I did so after doing my due diligence making sure it was Chris' business, the phone number at the time was his. I could, but I wont print it here as that is not how I roll. My dealings were with Chris, perhaps he was a previous owner of the business with the exact same name and his mobile number matched.To anyone reading this my dealings were with Chris who said he owned the business, so my experience stays I'm afraid. If he would like to rethink his costs to a pensioner and refund me some of the $80 then I will remove the review.
