Really happy with my haircut and the service. I was able to book in quickly and the lady I had who did my hair was lovely! So glad I have found a good hairdresser who doesn’t charge infinity dollars for a basic trim. Thank you :)

Have had my hair cut here for the past 5-6 haircuts... Rang to make an appt... booked in at 2pm..told them I had 1 foil... apparently I didnt make myself clear...they had only booked me in for a trim... mind you I asked for a style as at the time I rang I was told they were quiet..however at 2pm.. they were pushed for time so trying to help them out.... I just said to give it trim.... (FASTEST haircut EVER....was back home after having gone to Coles opposite.when the 3pm news came on the radio, mind you thats a foil & cut)....asked me if I wanted my hair dried off... $5... knowing my hair and how long it would take I opted out...the relief was toooo apparent.. Mind you it's the middle of winter and I've got a tonne of hair on my head...Foil they did ended up YELLOW... told the hairdresser it is stubborn and always takes a while to take..Got home dried my hair.. YELLOW...AND...some roots still showing...GRRR!!! To top it off... she charged me more than usual...It WAS the owner who cut my hair, she told me so......needless to say... will not be going back there..

Not honest at all. They quote me for $ 60 and asked for $90 when I came to appointment.It was unfair as they ruined my weekend plans.It was their false and they didn't take responsibility.
