Went through racquet demo program after finding the Head Speed MP 2022 not suited to my game. After going through 9 recommendations, I landed on the Head Radical Pro 2021 strung with Luxilon Alu Power. Thanks to Jason, who mainly looked after me throughout the process, along with the rest of the team for making the process easy and seamless. Would not hesitate to recommend their demo program for anyone looking to make the switch!

First time to the store and they're trying to up sell their racquet program straight away which is so distasteful. Their racquet program is expensive. They charge for string and tension but elsewhere does the same for way cheaper and all included. This place is a rip offReceived a response from the owner and it just validates other people's review of a owner who lacks customer service and is firm in using capital letters to get his point across. The program is not free, you pay $200 to try racquets and if you end up purchasing, the $200 deducts from the final purchase of a racquet. I believe I understand your program quite well. You work in in retail, of course you upsell

Great stock and location for a tennis store. Great staff.Problem is Ron, the owner - I hesitate to leave 1 star reviews for businesses but quite literally everyone I have talked to that have dealt with Ron feel the same. He is extremely arrogant and either has no clue or just no desire in providing a decent customer experience... (the latter being baffling as he owns the store)You ask a genuine question expect a sarcastic, belittling response back! I went in store to verbalise this message recently as my brother took his racquets in and had a poor experience but Ron wasn't there when i picked them up so a review will have to do!

Always great service! Courteous helpful and efficient. Also have good quality tennis gear n racquets.

Similar to other experiences here, I found the owner to be one of the rudest and most arrogant individual I’ve dealt with in retail for some time. I play tennis at a high level and are well versed with the tennis types you typically clash with but Ron is right up there. Asked a pretty simple favour having paid $70 for lead to modify my new frames. Just wanted to check the length of one gram on his scales so I could cut the correct length strips at home. Refused to provide any help or ask anyone in his team that could take 5 seconds out of their day to assist. You’d think he’s stringing the final at the aus open the way he carries on.

If you’re thinking seriously about your next racquet, and you don’t know which one to choose, or… you know it too well - go there and check out their demo program. I tested several different models and can definitely say I’ve made the most informed choice (probably out of all purchases I’ve ever made) and am really happy with the Ezone 98 I eventually went for. And also… don’t trust the 1 star reviews - Ron and his team really want you to get the best racquet for your game

Did their racquet program. I think it is an excellent program. Getting the opportunity to test multiple (I got to 9) racquets and doing a re-test of your top 3 to determine your choice is gold standard. The best part is the staff are great! I never felt rushed. In fact, after 6 racquets, I told them I was decided. They talked me out of it and convinced me to test more (which I was glad I did). More importantly, I spoke to 3 different guys and all were knowledgeable. And they picked up from the other seamlessly, thanks to them recording my feedback after every round of testing. The shop is a “candy store” for tennis lovers. Just a great experience overall!

Ron and the Team are the type of people you need when it comes to buying new gear. Their patience and guidance whilst you trial racquets and give them feedback allow you to take home to right equipment. I never knew how wrong a racquet could be strung until Ron strung one properly for me and it basically fixed my tennis elbow. Truly a team that will keep you in the game and provide you ongoing support for the sport you're passionate about.

It’s always a pleasure popping into top serve and having a chat with the guys there. Our rackets are always strung perfectly and they have been extremely helpful especially when our son breaks two rackets string and we need themre-strung for a tournament asap. They provide such good advice too.

Great service and much better range of racquets than rebel. Eg you can't find size 1 grip for adult racquet at rebel as everything at rebel is too big for my child who outgrew junior kids racquets, but you can here!
