Warning to all, these guys are so rude and have no idea or matters how to talk to another human. Take your money and spending elsewhere. They yell at customers infront of other customers, telling people to wait outside. What a terrible experiences. It's impossible to rate them fake 5 stars.

Driving past a few times I noticed fantastic prices for garden soil compost etc, Finally stopped in today and I WILL NEVER EVER RETURN. The guy sat there on his phone while i stood at the counter to enquire and when he finally asked me what I WANTED I was already in a foul mood, I paid for the 5 bags and whilst he kept looking down at his phone I bit my tongue. No one in the joint offered to help me load my vehicle unlike my previous produce store which is now, unfortunately to far to go. A google review is how i will vent this, Id rather pay a few bucks more to actually be greeted in a fairly nice manner. Very poor service, will be interested to see if the product is poor as well.

The old management were great. Very helpful but the new management have no clue how to be nice to their customers. Very poor customer care. There is an older man with beard who is better to deal with then others. They will be on their phone when customers are in the shop. The attitude is as if we need them rather then they need our business. Very Pathetic. Will not go there ever.

Lowest prices on poultry feed. Their poultry feed is like $5 or more cheaper per bag compared to other retailers. When you have over 50 chooks every dollar counts.

Fantastic and friendly service with a variety of products. Much much lower price than petbarn.

Been there a few times for my pet food. Price is cheaper than most of the places. But service is average as sometimes they do good customer service but it's not consistent. The store needs to do maintenance.

It was great. If they didn't have something I wanted, they went out of their way to get it. Customer service was essential and so far they passed.
