a bit difficult to locate as Google maps directions are not available.From tinklers wines set the destination to the transmission towers, proceed after the private property and turn right at the fork (don’t go up the steep path on the extreme right).More or less 1km after that you’ll need to turn right again, there you’ll find this beautiful lookout.

Best lookout in the Hunter Valley for sure! Can be a challenge to get to if you're not in / on the right vehicle.

What a great lookout not far from pokolbin.After a short gravel drive and some light 4x4, here you get to a great opening over the hunter valley.In clear day can see the ocean. And occasionally see airplane making tricksNear by there are many firepit. The spot was very clean.Great place to see if you are visiting the hunter definitely worth a stop.

Amazing lookout, a local secret & not the easiest to get to. 4x4 is is a necessity.Do yourself a favour & watch the sunrise from up here. Life changing.

Beautiful spot. We had a little trouble finding it but it was worth it. We found if you type in directions to the transmission towers from tinklers wines and follow that it shows you how to get to the turn off just before the lookout. You have to turn right off the road about 500 meters before the lookout onto a 4wd track across to the lookout and only part of this track is shown on Google maps. Hope that helps anybody searching for this lovely place

No access. The road is blocked off and overgrown. Google Maps directions via Brokenback Views Country Estate are unhelpful, as the public road doesn't exist.
