The team at Novale are true professionals - Laura was lovely to deal with, and efficient and responsive in her communications, and all tradespeople were clearly highly qualified and experienced. We’re delighted with our new bathroom and converted study area, and have no hesitation in recommending Novale to anyone looking to renovate their bathroom!

So glad we engaged Novale to deliver a new bathroom and laundry, both of them small but essential spaces in our older style house. They were fantastic to engage with from start to finish, and have delivered a transformation to these living spaces, with great thought and attention to detail so we get maximum use out of these rooms. We couldn't be happier! Big shout out to Brad Bendyke our site manager who made everything look easy and Jaime-Marie Love for her beautiful designs and making it so easy to choose all the fittings. I could not find one thing to fault.We had two bathrooms done by Novale. I searched the internet for bathroom companies. I wasn't confident about any of them.Then a friend recommended Novale.I'm so glad he did. What a brilliant company. The quality of the workmanship, the knowledge of the design team the communication with the site manager.The care of our property. the politeness of the trades people.Every aspect of the project was immaculate.I met Steve the owner which helped me to understand why he has such a great team in place. He is such a naturally caring person.I could rave on for hours about how wonderful the experience was but I will stop now and just say don't hesitate, this company is the best.

I cannot recommend Novale highly enough. From the very first interaction they were professional to work with, timely, honest, knowledgeable and just all round nice people to deal with. The care they showed for our home was second to none, they received high praise from my neighbours (sometimes a hard thing in a strata complex), their friendliness and can do attitude made re-doing our 2.5 bathrooms a pleasure. Don't waste your time looking further; we would use their services again and again.
