Clifton Old Bar

I moved into my beautiful new forever home at Clifton 4 months ago and can’t help feeling it was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. Everyone is so personable, friendly and happy. It’s a great place to call home. You can tell by the smiles on the faces of the people walking by and the laughter that echos through the heart of the village.I have built several homes over the years and worked in the new home industry for many, and have to say that the whole process was made seamless by Tracey, Steve and Andrew’s tireless efforts to accommodate my every wish and always make themselves available to address any concerns or answer any questions I had along the way. Professional at all times and an absolute pleasure to do business with. Tracey and the team at Clifton have helped me create a stunning home that ticks all the boxes and impresses all my friends and family.

We are in our very early seventies and moved into Clifton Old Bar on 15th December 2020. Given that we have now been here for just over 12 months we thought it was an appropriate time to post a review.We have had a very happy 12 months and Clifton has been a great move for us. When we attended the initial Clifton Information night at Club Old Bar, we were impressed both with the presentation and, the genuiness of the people doing the presentation. This is still the case 12 months later. Tracey, the Sales Rep. was wonderful throughout our buying process, has become a lovely friend and still regularly stays in contact to ensure everything is going well even though it is 12 months since we moved in.The building process was managed by Steve (Project manager) and Andrew (Building Foreman) and they couldn't have been more pleasant, friendly, helpful, patient and accommodating. We requested a number of structural changes to the kitchen, living room, garage and study from the original design and all were completed with a minimum of fuss.(at our additional cost of course). The result is that we moved into a California Dreaming" home (3 bedroom

Secure gated homes. All modern with garages. Some 3bdrm, 2bdrm with study, or 1 bdrm with study. First stage near completion. Looks an ideal place to live if you want quiet , safety and modern living. Looks like a large communal building as well. Didnt get to see much as I was just in and out, with 10min.

For anyone contemplating a move to Clifton Old Bar...all I can say is “do it”! Whether you are 55 or 85 it’s a fantastic place to call home. It’s well designed, it’s safe, it’s fun, its facilities and location are ⭐️⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️ and its community are extremely welcoming and friendly. It’s the perfect lifestyle choice!

Clifton Lifestyle Village has been our best move. We love our new home. The Clubhouse, pool and gym are great, and we now play croquet and lawn bowls. So much or little to do.we have made so many new wonderful friends. So if your undersided as to where to make your new home come and check Clifton out. Clifton at Old Bar has so much to offer we ❤ it.

What's not too love!! Friendly neighbours, great boutique village, facilities are excellent.

We have lived here at Clifton since late 2019. Love our home and the community. One thing I like about living in a community like clifton is if you want to Interact with others plenty of opportunities or you can just stay quiet and enjoy your home and surroundings. It's great to know you are never alone there is always someone willing to help for anything when needed.

Liz & I moved in to our Mustang Sally style home December 2020 at Clifton ,, My wife still says (Best move ) of our Lives , can’t wipe the Smile from her face . The homes are very well constructed well insulated. The colour scheme we chose ( I left that to Liz ) goes well with our Decor & furniture. There are many colours of flooring , carpet ,tiles to choose from . The outside colour of each home are staged , no house then looks the same . All in all for what we spent it’s a good deal & we are very Happy Indeed !!!!!! Especially no Entry & Exit Fees , & you keep all the Capital Gains the house accrues if you wish to sell ..We have a Great Common Room for all to enjoy , pool room , library, computers to use at any time , TV s in lounge room along with a fire place plus Kitchen , outside is the BarBQ under cover with tables & chairs .Adjacent is 3 rink bowling green. & the Swimming Pool & Gym is just opposite .Clifton which is a Gated Community situated not far from our local shops & Oldbar beach & only 11 kms from Taree ,,, So come & enjoy the Rest Of Your Lives !!!!!!
