universal shutters

Had plantation shutters installed. Whole process was stress free and easy. My mum loves them so much she wants to get them installed at her place too!

I rarely leave reviews, but feel compelled to after the service we received from Universal shutters. We had 10 windows with Norman shutters installed (3 x 1m2, 6 x 2m2, 1 x3m2) and 7 blinds ( 4 x 1m2, 1 x 2m2, 1 x 6m2, 1x 8m2) for under 8K. I had shopped the price around (at least 5), and found Universal's price to not only be the most competitive , but also least sales orientated sign the dotted line approach. The quality of the installation is excellent. I dealt with one person for the whole lot from quote to installation who clearly knows his craft. Arthur recognised some unique problems at the quoting stage, and factored this into ensure the installation was seamless. He took his time to explain exactly what we were getting, and even down sold us on ideas that we had. We relied on his experience,and now that the job is complete can clearly see his advice was spot on. I will be recommending Universal to anyone who asks. Highly recommended.Btw, the address shown on Google is incorrect. Universal are now near Marrickville Metro.
