Hello I am a Student at CJJA. In my opinoin, the owner is great and they take lots of pride in their gym. It's always kept very clean and tidy. I know that they have been through hard times yet! somehow they just get stronger and better. Of all the gyms that I have been to... this gym is more than the best! :D :D

Superbly detailed explanation !The gym has one of the most diversified culture for training!The fundamentals leant from this gym surpass my two years of experience!Great culture, everyone is friendly and absolutely helpful.Coach encourages and promotes not only BJJ but also Self defense as well.Strongly recommended if you are starting the Journey and would love to build your foundation solidly.

It's not very often I feel compelled to review something, but Control Jiu-Jitsu is an amazing gym that offers great instruction and a familial atmosphere i haven't experienced at another gym.I would highly reccomend it to anyone looking to get into Jiu-Jitsu.

Control answers all my bjj needs. Our Professor goes through each concept properly with informative details, making us truly understand rather than hammering us with a list of techniques. It's like athletic and defence academics mixed in with gym sport.

EXCELLENT, what more can I say , I just took my daughter there from.Northcote , 35 minute drive , worth driving even further and longer , EXCELLENT dojo , the head coach Wallid is a great guy and his female instructor Chloe is a beautiful well versed jiu jitsu coach too, best club in the West by far , FULL STOP..

The academy provides a very harmonious, healthy and positive environment for the kids to learn the art of Jiu Jitsu.Our child have been attending the classes for over a year now.Coming out from the pandemic and up till today, we witness great transformation in our kid, physically and psychologically.Walid takes his time to go through the steps with the students. The parents attending the class with the students are friendly and encouraging as well.We cannot emphasize how great the vibe and culture of the academy. [Thumb up]
