Aircraft Viewing Area
A great spot to do a bit if planespotting! Parking is ample but be aware there are a fair amount of potholes.There is also a food truck that sells some hot food and ice cream that is there sometimes.

Amazing!!! Make sure you check the flightrader24 app before coming so you know what planes are coming at what times. Also check if the planes are landing on the runway where the aircraft viewing area is.

Nice place to get an amazing view of the planes and take photos! Also a solid place to cycle to, although the road is a bit busy at times.

Need proper management team for road , bin and water and toilet .Winter :this can’t be the aircraft viewing area!

Good landing aircraft viewing spot. Has ice cream and kebab truck. Plenty of parking. Emergency services drop by from time to time. Very ideal spot for a clear day to see the planes approaching from far landing one after another. Gets very busy on weekends with clear skies. Highly recommended for both adults and kids.

Great place to view the planes taking off or landing. The food truck is handy for a drink, bite to eat or something sweet. Only major negative to the viewing area is there's absolutely no amenities. So for that it receives 4 stars

Amazing experience! Best time to visit is just before sunset or sunrise. You can also see hundreds of Kangaroos nearby during the evening.

It's a fun little area where one can park and watch the planes take off to the north (thus probably best when the when northerly or southerly winds predominate). Nice atmosphere, there were many families, and a kebab-and-ice-cream bus! There are a lot of (deep) pot-holes in the parking area, so take care when driving.

Great place to watch planes. Could do with some better separation from the car park area to the viewing area for young kids to roam around in between planes.

Pretty good If you know the busy times to be there.Good free parking spot for sometime while you wait for the flightNice flight view ofcourse, and good ice cream options in evenings during weekends.
