Was discussed with the service in the deli,stood there for 5 minutes being looked at and ignored,they talked and answered the phone and finally came to serve me but i left,if this is customer service then those two girls need a lesson or two on how not to ignore customers,really disappointed, won't be going there again ,massive thumbs down

Prices can be quite expensive but usually they always have what i need for a quick shop. Staff members are lovely here too

poor standard of cleanliness . I normally shop at the 5 star Wauchope IGAs and this just does not compare . high prices , poor customer service . just not good enough .

On 3 seperate occasions over the last month I’ve ducked in here for last minute meat/dairy products as it’s a convenient location.But all 3 times, the food has been off/rancid the same day it was purchased, despite being well within the listed expiry date. I think they have food storage issues, the fact that it’s happened 3x is no coincidence.I wouldn’t shop here again unless it’s for shelf stable products, and even then their prices are a bit high.

The staff here are fantastic!!! I needed something for my baby one night and realised they were only opened for another 10 minutes. I called them to see if they stocked what I needed and once they confirmed their stock with me, they reassured me that they wouldn't close the doors until I had been.They went out of their way to help me when I needed it and that goes a long way with me, because unfortunately, there's not a great deal of people these days that would do that for you.

Great opening hours. Love being to pop in really early before work or to grab a last min dessert after dinner. I always keep an eye out for the meat specials
