I took a drive pin into be replaced for a coil gun and was given the wrong one and when i rang back to say wat had happened he said i thought it was for another gun even though i took the pin in and the thread was completely different. And than went on to say that they dont want the parts to be replaced they just want you to buy a new gun. As to why a $30 part costs $180. F ing crooks.

Do not buy from this Company. Bought a Coil Gun less than 4 months ago and it has been in getting repairs for 8 weeks of that time. After requesting a credit/refund due to the lost business from not having a gun and the equipment obviously being faulty. The Sales Rep stated that the Sales Manager would not credit the gun as it would need to fault for a third time and inconvenience once again. To make matters worse they stated investigations they conducted showed the gun had been tampered with. The could not say when or who did this. Low act to cover up faulty equipment!!!
