A bit annoyed. When in store today and they had signs 2nd pair half price. I wanted to buy a pair of school shoes and a pair of sneakers but the sales assistant said this is not possible with the back to school voucher. I said I don’t need to use my ‘back to school voucher’ I can put the whole transaction on my card. She said no, the 2nd pair half price offer only applies to school shoes. This conversation went back and forth a few times because I wanted to be clear and she clearly repeated the second pair being half off only applies to school shoes.At the register I noticed the sign for second pair being half off on a display of women’s heels. I thought to myself, this makes no sense.In the end I used my back to school voucher and didn’t buy second pair for full price. Now, I get home and look online and YES of course the second pair being half price is for the entire range in store.I’m annoyed, this didn’t sit well with me but also can’t put all the blame on the staff member entirely as it was busy in store and she was doing her best to be hopeful to everyone. Seems like a lack of training.

Shoe selection is great, but the store itself is not wheelchair friendly, at all.

The ladies were so helpful to me and the quality of the shoes are wonderful. Highly recommend ✨

Always great service and great prices

If I could give this place a 0 I would. I got served by a lady called PAULA and she was so rude to me and my daughter. I wanted to return a pair of shoes that I bought earlier that day and she said yelled at us in front of everyone saying we can’t. I understand that we can’t for whatever reason but there is a way of saying things to your customers. Never coming again. Worst customer service I have ever witnessed. Don’t come here. Not worth your time and money.

Found what we wanted at reasonable prices.Neave was very patient when my card was playing up.She kept shoes behind counter until it worked.Third time lucky!

It's got a lot of variety for really reasonable prices, especially the heels but I do find it to feel really cramped and claustrophobic, you always feel like you're in someones way with nowhere to go.
