Really nice place for little people, plenty of activities and safe environment. Slides, jumping castle, toys, games, staff should b bit more friendly.

Really disappointing, paid a lot of money for a party and left not knowing what we paid for other than entry and some food, party was in the toddler room which allows 10 kids, given toddlers parents generally stay the room was way to small to accommodate, ordered platers for adults which were in party room meaning adults didn’t each much from them as the room again was to small, found on arrival they hadn’t done the platters to normal size so they had adjusted the price to suit, however I had ordered enough to cover the adults to tell me when we got there they were smaller didn’t really help with feeding people, there didn’t seem to be any “party host” food was meant to come out at 10, came out about 10:15/20 cake was meant to come out at 10:30,Was brought in and dumped on the table closer to 10:45, with no knife then we were promptly told we had 5mins left at 10:55, no one really showed any leadership, one woman stood behind the counter most of the time we were there just giving everyone daggers, only person that came across remotely helpful was a guy that didn’t even look like he worked there was wearing his hoodie, hood on the entire time.Nice indoor playground if your just going to play, would not recommend a party there nor would I ever have another there…

My grandson had such an amazing time. Coffee was good and Customer Service was great. We will definitely be going there again.We went took my grandson today, once again he loved it. The customer service was great. The light needs replacing on one side as it is quiet dark.

This place is quite often over crowded and very dirty. The toys need replacing. The ball pit is practically empty. The gates don't shut properly on the littlies area and to line up and get food is always a wait, the food can be quite costly too.Staff are friendly and helpful but that's about the only positive to this venue.

Not bad place for few hours for kids only if they are under 9 or may be 10 years old. 2 playing areas, one for under 5 and one for over 5,s. 26$ for 2 kids aged 6and 8. Food is little expensive for my liking. Overall not a bad place within walking distance from where I live. We spent 2 hours there, kids were happy and that's what matters most.

Jumping Jacks Play Centre
Visited jumping jacks today with my 2 year old and 11 month old. Very impressed with the customer service! I wanted to order 1 chips and nuggets but wasn’t sure it would go around both kids, the lady kindly gave me extra nuggets and even plated them seperate so they didn’t complain. She was friendly, food was great and came out super fast.

Great to finally have a child friendly venue in the local area for birthdays. Have cool themed days such as Halloween and mums and bubs. I am however, concerned with new management advising it is mandatory to pay for a second parent to sit in the Cafe area while my son is off playing to me this is not very couture, this will put a holt on our patronage until this is changed.

Very fun for my 2 year old. We went in the morning on a Sunday and it was perfect. Not too many people there and my daughter was able to play on the toddler area so well. Will definitely be going back here for sure.

Jumping Jacks Play Centre
Best play centre in Perth. Very family orientated. Manager is super sweet with the kids and a talented baker. Love the events here also.
