This place is very stylish and nice decor. Staff could definitely be a bit more friendlier. It has room for improvement and becoming a very busy place. Food was good but coffee service was very slow. I actually felt quite sorry for the barista as it was only him with about 50 coffee order's. My food came out first and coffee took a good 20 minutes. There was a point where I thought they had forgotten about my coffee order. The coffee was good when I finally got it.

We had 1 of the best tasting menus of our lives here. Great location and concept for a restaurant. Would love to come back and sit in front of the amazing fire places that the cannery has! Unbelievable fabrication! Would have loved to come back in winter to experience it. Dog friendly!

Your dining experience will be unforgettable as you'll be introducted to a party on the taste bud.For our second visit, every single dishes, condiments on the set menu surprised us differently from the first visit.Every seasonal dishes are presented beautifully with lots of fresh flowers, herbs and plant from their cultivated garden - I'm sure the nutrients are retained better too!The restaurant has a great vibe around the team, and we really enjoy everyone's welcome. The lovely chef Lachlan, and other friendly front of house staff also presents everything perfectly.Set menu surprised us everything, and we immensely enjoyed the Japanese-fusion 10- course meal. All were delicately decorated and flavoursome.I highly recommend regular visit to Port Cannery for their fantastic quality of meals and lovely staff!

Great experience of having good coffee. Went there for having lunch on Saturday, but they changed system of running restaurant as only having people who made booking on Saturday $95 each person. I will come back for other time for having meal.Coffee was great, it had unique flavor which I dare could say they have their own way for roasting. Seats not available for the place buying coffee.Absolutely enjoyed!

I do like the venue so I took a friend. It was great to discover the Old Twelfth Cider! The pizza was very tasty but was served up lukewarm -nearly cold. We had waited a while for it, there were plenty of floor staff and the restaurant was not really busy, so we suspected that it had been sitting outside of the oven. We did ask to have it put back in the oven to heat up but were told this was not possible. We were also told that it had just come out of the oven. This was clearly not true. I have eaten many Woodfired pizzas and they are usually very hot - The crust and the base were clearly exposed to high heat BUT this was only vaguely warm. Such a pity as the Pizza was very flavoursome. I think the thing that irked the most was the fact that we were told it had just come out of the oven and clearly it had not. My friend said she would not return.

Great food and atmosphere, stunning conversion and interior makeover of old cannery. Really nice to see attention to detail and design. Very pleasing use of old material and imagenative use of equipment. Top marks for design.

Lovely place to look around in, too echoy and loud to hear or enjoy the live music or atmosphere however.Limited menu, I could visit a few times at most before bored.... can't wait to see what new owners do, has amazing potential ☺️.

Creative use of fresh local ingredients in a very cleverly designed building reflecting its history. Terrific atmosphere. Service tended to be a little inaccurate with drinks and dishes sometimes not delivered. But friendly and helpful. Overall a lovely experience.

Nice bases but incredibly underwhelming pizza toppings. Very minimal, ragu with a miserly teaspoon or so of ground pork. Barely seasoned oily pork belly and potatoes, no fresh vegetables. Didn't try the chicken as it wasn't available. The Margherita was nice. Pizza at $24 a plate should be something special. The place and atmosphere was great though.
