Absolutely unprofessional behaviour from the team at Carousel. Came here for a hair cut and trim. Was told a wait time of 20 minutes. 50 minutes later customers who arrived after me were served before me. When I enquired about the wait time from the front staff, they mentioned that they are closing in 5 minutes and can book me in for another day.Why waste my time?Why service other customers who arrived after me before myself?Will never visit this shop again unfortunately. Now I am left without a haircut on a Sunday afternoon and will not be able to get another one until next week.

Tommy Gun’s is always my number 1 go to barber. As a bald bearded guy I don’t trust too many people to take care of my beard and straight edge my head. The staff at Carousel are always happy and helpful. Always greeted with a smile and wave, happy chats or if preferred just some quiet time while they work on you. A hot towel and cold drink always goes down a treat too. I trust Tommy Guns not only with my barber needs but my kids too 10/10

We were recommended from a few friends to go to this barber.Unfortunately I was not impressed. $105 for 2 standards kids haircuts.Both my boys asked for tracks, they couldn’t/didn’t do them.Won’t be returning.

Great atmosphere, once booked in I was offered a drink. There was an hour's wait due to them being busy but that's just more testimony to them being good. Hair cut was great, when in Perth next and I need a trim, I will go back!

Went there 15/01/23 and its the worst cut i've ever had. Looks even worse when I add product and try to style it. The lady seemed like she knew what she was doing but i didn't get anything close to what i was after. It's that bad other barbers cant fix it until it grows out, so i'm stuck wearing this. Wont be going anywhere near this place again

I believe it was Mel that I dealt with. Absolutely phenomenal service and great haircut! Have been going to the same hairdresser for 6+ years but since she's moved on I had to find somewhere new. Mels excellent service has definitely won me over and will be coming back. Oh and the bonus of drinking an ice cold single fin is just a game changer.
