Its a supermarket. Simple. Dated definately, most of the times I go a lot of shelves are light on.Sometimes they dont have baskets at the entry which is annoying, staff are hit and miss. Some overly friendly (no issue with that) some just seem like they are there clock up hours for community service.

Becoming quite scary and dangerous around the Carpark and Piers St exits after dark, with aggressive and threatening homeless people camped right outside. Avoid.

For anyone shopping in this store at night, becareful not to park behind the store in the area where the toilets are. It is very dangerous and so dark it is difficult to find your vehicle. Coles are to tight to turn on the exterior lighting. They have a legal responsibility to ensure their clients safety

Too close to the beach parking is always busy. Not enough staff and i dont remember beinf asked if i wanted a bag, wasn't paying attention until the server just put my shopping in a bag, apparently I have been charged for a bag. Bad service experience

I have been purchasing VIP premium dog food rolls from your store and they have been going off within 2 days of opening them ,, so bad that I can’t get the stink off my hands ,,I rang the manufacturer of the rolls who said that will only happen if the dog food has been frozen,,and they do not send the rolls of dog meat out frozen ,, they also said it must be an in store thing to freeze the rolls ,, please stop freezing you fresh dog food ,

A small Coles store so geographically convenient but has a narrow product range and too often out of stock of some. Stock trolleys seem ever present.

Small store, but well set out. No big queues at the checkouts. Plenty of stock of Weekly Specials. Smallish bakery section, but most varieties represented. Largish deli and fresh vegetable section. Friendly staff. Bit cluttered at Pier Street entrance. Plenty of parking spaces out the back of the store. Busy around lunchtime on Saturdays.
