Very disappointing experience. It took 5 weeks to repair, I had to call every week for a status update and was given a different story each time. When I lodged my complaints at pick up, the response was argumentative, contradictory and suggested a complete disregard for any kind of customer service or pride in work. I was hoping to support a local business but will definitely be taking my business elsewhere in future. When sharing my experience amongst my local community, a number of others confirmed similar experiences.

Attempted to return a newly cut key which didn't work. Had the rudest, most despicable service I've ever experienced. Do not support this business or it's awful staff.One star is too high.

Money grabbers who provide zero customer service based on the guy in his 30's I dealt with. I'd suggest looking around for an alternative. 2 stars because I haven't dealt with the other employees to rate them.

Absolutely wonderful work! I had a heel and sole done with Nerin and it is perfect. She does fabulous work! I was very worried that she wouldn't be able to fix my shoes as other shoe repairers had told me they were a lost cause, but not for Nerin. I later went back to have keys cut and they work perfectly, thank you Jesse.

Purchased a garage remote for $69.95. Didn't fix my problem, because it turned out the motor needed replacing and so the un-coded and unused garage remote was of no use to me. Took it back 12 days later with the receipt to get a refund. He straight up said he doesn't do refunds, even adding in my house

Took a pair boots into get repaired was told it wasn't worth it, by the young guy. Strangely I had similar problems with same type of boot over a year and half ago, and the old guy had no problem with it. He clearly couldn't want to do it and didn't care.

Staff is not skilled and can't even make keys properly. We went to this shop 4 times and we still don't have keys made properly. When asked for refund they say they can't do that and asked us to go to their another store in Indooroopilly shopping centre. Can't understand why they are doing business here if they can't cut keys or offer refunds and asking us to go different place. Rediculous service

I went to get my car keys done. The job took three days longer that the initial promise. They don't answer calls and the staff don't know anything about customer service (bit rude) Worth a drive to Mt. Ommaney instead. Definitely I won't come back

Had a wonderful experience with Adam and can highly recommend his service and his products are always of the utmost quality. Really does go above and beyond to make sure that the customer is satisfied. Also does great hand engraving. Would recommend his service to anyone.
