Offers most products for a small store. Have at times got us in something from another store if wasn't stocked on shelves. Will assist to your car with large or heavy items. Welcoming and helpful staff.

Be careful if buying live-bearer fish from Petstock. 1/4 of the ones I've recently bought died within 24 hours of purchase and a further 1/4 died within a week.

Myself and Muriel my Staffie were looked after here . The Lady who served us was a delight ... They also had the Dried Food Mu likes . We bought a BIG sack ... l bet they will look after you too x

We often go to PETstock stores for our supplies. Always well stocked and might I add, even though the guy was busy he still managed a friendly chat, albeit on the run. Highly recommend this store

Friendly staff and good range for most pets, very little for rabbits/small animals and don't sell the hay I wanted for my rabbit kits (Alfalfa hay) so I had to get from Ballarat. They have some aquarium animals for sale and birds as well in store.

owner defended staff member and failed to apologise after staff member Zoe said quote its too late for you to pay correct money now because its gone through the system and now it won't balance. even though she was unable to give correct change because they had run out.This went on for 15 minutes.Avoid the weekend staff. The manager on week days is great and very helpful."
