Staff often did not show up to clean, and did not ring.Delconways not aware of when staff didn't show up to work. I was without a cleaner on several occasions.Delconways, Sharon, also did not notify me when staff had quit so I was waiting for cleaner that did not come. This occured several times.Staff were slow in their tasks. Only got through a small part of that housework.Very poor service. Very poor communication. Totally unreliable.I have not had housecleaning service since 18/12/20 and do not know the reason. Tried to contact both the cleaner and Sharon and left message on Delconways website. No response from anyone and it's now 23/1/21.If you want a realisable and consistent service go elsewhere.

I had cleaner come once a fortnight and the cleaner didn't know what bleach was. I knew this was not a good sign. She wanted to clean on her own terms, time, day etc ...I tried to work with her and in the end she lied to her employer and did not turn up to clean making silly excuses. When I called the office, she said she quit and they don't have replacement, thanks for letting me know...not. I would stay clear from this company...it will save you the headache in the end.
