DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AT THIS SHOP.I wanted to enquire about some flowers that I needed in a couple of months time for a special event. The lady who served me was initially nice. But she was was expecting me to book the flowers and when I told her that I was just enquiring and didn't mean to make any purchase yet, as I still had time until the event date, she immediately turned EXTREMELY RUDE.It was as she demanded me to lock in a purchase immediately.Then she started lecturing me about how I shouldn't be asking questions at this time of the day as she was very busy and how I made her and the other florists mad. And at the end of her lecture she was like THIS IS HOW YOU MAKE OTHER PEOPLE MAD! DO YOU UNDERSTAND?!?".After all

Im proufoundly deaf, im trying use National Rely Service (NRS) So I brought online on Verbena Flowers called to double checked correct they hang up on me.. i was so upset, just want double check if correct address and name unfortunately they refund me back... sorry will not order you again... Donna was an amazing florist to have doing my wedding flowers. She listened to my requests and turned a random assortment of photos I sent her into something even better than I had envisaged. I didn't really know what other flowers I wanted besides roses and she showed me different options and got my opinion. On the day she delivered the flowers to my hotel and even kindly offered to set up the arbour. We had a more limited flower budget than most but she still made it look amazing! Thank you Donna.

My 'go to' store for flowers for my lovely wife. The owner, Donna, is very friendly and always has lovely flowers and potted plants in-store. I also find that the bouquets i purchase are substantially larger for the money than the online purchases i had made in the past. I have purchased flowers there approx 10 times now and i have never been even the slightest bit disappointed. I recommend.

Been getting flowers and plants here every fly in day for my girlfriend for the past 8+ months and every time without a doubt she is left beyond impressed with the quality that Donna manages to put together. I even look forward to our quick catch ups and talking life while she works her magic. Hands down best service in Perth. Highly recommend.

I needed flowers at very short notice and Donna was amazing. We were spreading our mum's ashes at the beach and when I explained this to Donna she was just so lovely and couldn't have done more to ensure we had just what we wanted. She was conducting a workshop when I arrived making Christmas wreaths which were stunning. Just a gorgeous shop with heart. Thank you so much Donna :-)
