My partner and I recently tried Zambrero and we’re so glad we did! The flavours are great and there’s so many options, we’re a little addicted now. If you enjoy Mexican food, definitely visit Zambrero Albion Park.

Every single time I order ahead on the app, after arriving to pick up, the order is never ready. I then have to queue up and virtually place the order again. What is the point in the pick up service? If this was a one off, then fine, but don’t offer a pick up service or ability to order ahead if you can’t deliver on it. Staff’s attitude is hit and miss too and often rude.

I am now forever craving Zambrero's after trying it recently! So fresh & so delicious, I can't believe more people haven't caught on to just how flipping good it is! I'm also a huge fan of businesses that give back and the plate for plate initiative does just that! Love my experience there every time!

Great mexican takeaway, great service and staff, quick service and great options on the menu. I love, love, love my build your own burrito that I have every time. Bit too expensive for a takeaway shop though.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. They did a great job on their first day! The young staff were helpful with other customers in the store helping with allergies and other dietary needs. I applaud the managers for training the staff to be resilient when it comes to making mistakes! The food was delicious and fresh too. However, my only piece of feedback would be to tell customers prior to lining up that it is in fact cash only for a period of time as I can see why it would be frustrating to some that they have to exit the line. Overall, great experience and very friendly staff!

Let’s start this with I love zambero….. butI also love food and lots of it, every time I order a BIG burrito it always seems to get smaller. How do I know this?Almost a year ago I would struggle to finish the last bite of the BIG burrito, now I could easily finish 2. Why don’t I buy 2, because they are $17 each just for the burrito and any other food outlet that’s a full meal (side and drink).Let’s end this with the portion sizes are too small for the prices advertised.

My partner and I decided to have Zambrero tonight. We used one of our Dine NSW vouchersWe had the Power burritos, 1 lamb and 1 beef.We added, cheese, guacamole, sour cream and jalapeño as well.The young girl had trouble rolling it as the burrito (Gluten free) itself was breaking. The young fellow heated another burrito and was going to make a new one. But I said just put the broken one in the new burrito.Because of this they didn’t charge us for he extras. Which was very nice of them .The staff, very chatty and friendly.We cut them in half and had half of a lamb and half a beef one each.I was very impressed with them,they tasted so good.Just the jalapeño in my partners were too hot for me. So next time he can just is and I will eat mineWell done guys glad you opened at AlbionPark.

We ordered via Menulog. Number 1710-01876.Our order had a missing item.We rang the store and they refused to provide a refundThey refused to provide a replacement item.Their solution was to ask us to visit the store the next evening to discuss a potential refund. We explained that we are not from the area and that wasn’t a workable solution and also meant our child would need to go without his meal.We will not be back and recommend that no one order delivery from Zambrero Albion park. We visit the Illawarra regularly and will never return.

Good fresh food, with lots of yummy and healthy options. Helpful and hard working staff. Only issue I had was that there were only two staff on during the dinner rush. They were both troopers and worked like machines, but I feel like Zambrero should take some of the pressure off and add at least one more worker. At least during their busiest times.
