Come around with in an hour of calling them and had me a new water system plumbed up an ready to go the next day

He had to drain my hot water system,and told me it can take up to an hour for water to drain out of the hose,said it needed a new washer,he did nothing but stand around talking,when he could have used the time to go and get the washer ,and i would have been one hundred dollars out of pocket ,there was no reason to watch watch the watch the water coming out of the hose ,when water is flowing down hill i does not stop till it is emty

Booked an appointment for 4:30pm, left work early for the appointment and told him this, waited till 5:00pm and I phone to ask if he was still coming, and he said no he had forgot, lived 5 mins aways and couldn't be bothered. Do not recommend.
