Jake from HQ services was prompt friendly and honest, he detailed his installation process and provided a fixed fee to install our 14kW Daikan ducted Air conditioner with Wi-Fi which we absolutely love!!!The team removed the old unit and then arrived early (7am) on the scheduled day to install the new unit, they worked quickly to complete the work. They protected our belongings with drop sheets and cleaned up after themselves.It took them less than 6 hours to complete the install in our single story 3 bedroom house which had 7 outlets and 2 zones configured.I would recommend HQ Services to anyone looking to install an air conditioner.Thanks again and Great job boys!

I had 2 ceiling exhaust fans replaced with HQ services and found that they value their customers and communicate well at every stage of a job, including in my case a follow up issue that was unrelated to the original work.Option 2 (electrical) on their land line was going to message bank when trying to call them last I checked, worth ringing a few times to get through.

The positive reviews on this page must be all FAKES and boughtThis is the WORST company to deal with in terms of CUSTOMER SERVICE and HONESTY.Avoid at all costs

Absolutely fantastic. Best Business I have ever dealt with.Jake and his team were outstanding. Nothing was any trouble, knowledgeable, caring and completed everything on time. Solved any issue’s that popped up.Explained what would happen and why with no nasty surprises.I used these guys on the recommendation of my brother who they had replaced Air Con. They were everything he told me and more.They even answer the phone on a Saturday always on time.Truely a great experience.
