The ute was expensive in comparison to other options (Bunnings), the condition was poor as evidenced by a shaky steering wheel especially down the freeway. A ute is normally hired for moving purposes or transporting furniture but there were no ropes or anything to assist (despite the excessive cost) and on top of that, I was charged a $35 Admin fee for the fact that I used tolls (tolls which were charged to my credit card anyway). So the use of the ute for four hours from Casula to Waterloo cost me almost $200 in total + petrol costs. I call that a rip off.
