Thanks Rrruff for your great service! Bianca the owner was very gentle with my old, blind dog who needed a bit of extra care and patience. She has also groomed my two other dogs and makes them look and smell great. I've bought a couple of her hand made coats and bandanas which i have also been very happy with.

After trying a few local groomers in the area rrruff is definitely my favourite. Very skilful and caring groomers, great communication and pricing. Not chaotic at all it's a very pleasing environment. Can't wait to keep taking my dog back there to keep him looking his best!

Bianka was absolutely amazing. She was very patient and really knew how to deal with my anxious boy Fen.Now he looks and feels great. Will be coming back.

I have to update my review as our experience with this groomer changed from being a pleasant experience after the first couple of times to an unpleasant experience.The first time it occurred, when I picked up our little man, I put it down to her just having a bad day, but the next few times, when we picked him up, her rude exchanges with us made our experience an anxiety producing one. The last few times she groomed him, he came out with strange looking ears and his coat was not cut short into a sumner cut, other times his coat looked like she missed a few bits, or that her blades needed sharpening, as it was chunky in places, not to mention the pain it would've caused him from blunt equipment if that was the case but for $70-$100 from a professional groomer youd expect a better job although this was over 2 years ago. It got to the stage where I didn't want to go there by myself anymore because she was always rude.We ended up finding another groomer at Bellambi who did not mind how long his coat was or if it had the odd burr on it from our many walks out and about. They didn't mind if we didn't bring him in every 6 weeks or buy him all the toys, coats, etc, that they also sold. We are pensioners, so we go about 3-4 times a year.Our new experience at Bellambi was and has been a consistently warm and welcoming experience for all of us. Every single time, we take him there and pick him up he comes out looking like a Maltese should, and he is always happy wagging his tail.Give Bianka a miss,

Bianca provides an amazing service! I order a small beige coat for my bigger brown dog (not a greyhound) and it fits perfectly. I then contacted Bianca to see if she could customize another coat for my smaller black dog and the coat she made fits perfectly, again!! these coats are perfect with the current cold weather and strong winds in Sydney. I highly recommend Bianca and her products. She was amazing to deal with.

My boy Chino absolutely loves coming here to get waahed and clipped since he was 16 weeks old. Now he runs in like it's his favourite place. Bianka is great and he loves her very much. Highly recommended. Carmen B
