Absolute rip offs. Called to get a quote for a windscreen replacement and was told it would be $681!!! Crazy! When I told the customers service rep that was too expensive and I would have to not go through with it, I was IMMEDIATELY offered a 25% discount. The fact that such a large discount can be offered right off the bat tells me all I need to know about why the cost was so much. If you need an Autoglass fix or replacement I would go with Ezy Fix Windscreens. They beat the discounted quote by close to 50% as well as getting out to me three days earlier than O’Brien could have. I’d much rather support a local business who charges adequately than a national brand that tries to bleed you dry and take advantage of bad situations. Shame on you O’Brien.

Staff was friendly and fast whenever we used them, never done any in-store just onsite repairs.

Just received another phone call trying to book in my vehicle, I had never confirmed the appointment and again said no said to the appointment that was booked for me and when I said no again during the phonecall I was hung up on. It's polite to say bye. Also the quoted price was more than double the local guys and they were slower to offer appointments, and their phone sales team are relentless and rude.

Definitely not my best experience. I got my windscreen replaced for insurance here and they broke a leg on the plastic trim that sits behind the rear view mirror and failed to advise me and thought gluing it back on would ensure that I did not notice. Unfortunately this didn't work and the piece kept falling apart. When I called they advised that indeed they broke said piece and will order another one for me. The part took a while to come in and I completely understood this.The part came in, they fitted the piece and it kept falling off. I then took it to my dealership who advised that it is incorrectly done and take it back to o'brien, I called, organised to see a tech (who was aboslutely lovely) he advised that the windscreen is faulty as the legs for the housing was not put in correctly by the manufacturers (on windscreen) and this would be a replacement windscreen. I booked my car in, dropped it off and got a callon the and was advised the job was completed. When I arrived it was a 2 second key handoff and I was advised oh we didn't replace the windscreen the part wasn't on properly

Absolutely fantastic customer service! Can’t thank them enough for helping me out when my rear view mirror fell off my windscreen. I just showed up without an appointment hoping for someone to point me in the right direction of when and how it could be fixed. But they helped me out straight away and had fixed the mirror in 5 minutes. Exceptional!

I found a stone chip on the Honda S2000 windscreen and tried unsuccessfully to make an Online booking. I drove over to O’Brian Sumner Park and Manager James arranged an appointment for 9am the next day.The stone chip was repaired in 30 minutes while I was having a complimentary Coffee. Thanks to James and his friendly professional team. Highly recommended!
