you deserve 0 Star.went to pick up my click and collect order after receiving sms confirmation but they cancelled my order and refunded me without any prior notification. Just wasted my time.

6:00pm and doors are closed.website as well as Google both say open till 7:00pm. wasted my time coming here, and now too late to get to the highpoint store which I called and confirmed they were still open until 7:00pm.

Visiting from QLD last week and needed a few things. Decent enough products overall. And 1or 2 decent staff members who helped out Otherwise a toxic place. Staff too busy gossiping and saying some pretty horrendous things about other people. Staff member “Taylah” was clearly not interested in helping at all, despite her effort to convince me otherwise. I have a speech impediment and it was pretty heart breaking to hear it being mocked as I walked away. Never again! Embarrassment to the company. I bought the rest of my gear from a ‘Highpoint’ centre who I would recommend you make the trip to instead.

Great staff, were easy going with a return of a bike trailer(kids) that was not of acceptable quality. Can't get better than that, it's the reason I keep going anaconda when I have issues with productsit's a no fuss attitude.Appreciated..
