Originally spoke to someone who took my order but then he fell ill so my order had to wait over a week before someone called me back to reorder. They cant really help that but was rather inconvenient for me. Very happy with the product and the size/cut, really nice glass so no complaints at all. Only lose 1 star because trading hours are really inconvenient for full time city workers, having 1 later close time or a short weekend spell for pickups would solve that. Based on product, would use again for sure.

We ordered a custom cut glass top for our 6 drawer wide IKEA malm dresser, and it is perfect! Very reasonable pricing and excellent customer service.

When I had to replace my glass mirrors, I never expected to have the same guy who installed those mirrors 25 years ago to come and do the replacement. Dealt with Andrew and Lucy for 2 jobs at our property and Man what a great experience!!!On my initial phone call, Lucy took the time with me to fulfill the job at a reasonable price. Thank you Andrew for the glass mirror and sliding door glass mirror replacement!!They now look awesome and Im sure will last for another 25 plus years. Phoned for a quote. I sent photos as requested. No further response from the company. I phoned them back. The reason they gave for not calling me back was they had written my number down incorrectly. However, this was untrue as I sent the photos mobile to mobile. They also said my number back to me when questioned. Very very poor service.

I'm very happy with the products and service. I have dealt with this family business twice and i recommend them.
