We booked an end of lease cleaning with C&M Facilities, which was completed on the 28th of June this year.Customer service was great and I received prompt responses from the team. The price was also reasonable.However, when the agent inspected the property we vacated after the cleaning, we have been informed of several areas in the house that were considerably dirty.I was extremely disappointed especially because we ended up paying additional AUD470 to have them cleaned prior to the release of our rental bond.
