I found the customer service unsatisfactory. Staff were very rude and inattentive. I found their range to be quite limited and the quality pretty poor. The prices were more befitting of an inner city showroom. when questioned about the price and quality the staff member became quite irritable and told me that if i didnt like it, i should look elsewhere. quite arrogant indeed. I then went to Wall T Wall Flooring & Blinds and purchased there. its a shame the Flooring HQ was so terrible......... for the owners

My husband and I were very happy with our purchased and the installed engineered timber floor. The contractors were a perfectionist and made our ideas come true with attention to every details including leveling issue. The whole family love the new floor very much so as our 2 dogs and 1 cat. We highly highly recommend The Flooring HQ to give them a visit. They have a huge range to choose from as well.
