Col Crawford BMW

I have been dealing with Col Crawford for over 20 years across multiple cars. I don't normally write reviews. But I am motivated to do this by the exceptional service that I receive from the team there. In particular, David Wright, the Service Manager, is a stand out. Nothing is too ever much trouble, he always returns calls promptly, and he always goes the extra distance to ensure his customers are happy. This is rare in this day and age - including among BMW dealers! I will continue to buy cars here because of this exceptional after sales service.

Great customer service from Lucas who was very clear and concise in his demonstration. He was very helpful with the the drive. Even though I didn’t buy the car, Lucas was more than happy to compare another BMW from another dealer for me. Great service Lucas, thanks.

I took delivery of my new M550 a couple of weeks ago from the team at Col Crawford BMW and could not be happier.I wasn't really looking for a new car but after Dave in the Service Centre offered me a lend of a new X5 to get me home after dropping off my 2019 5 series for service I new it was time to update.So just looking around the showroom I met the delightful and very knowledgeable Pearl who showed me the offerings. After lots of negotiations where Pearl's boss Joel got involved I really feel that they did everything in there powers to ensure that I got a great deal and am very happy.The handover from Pearl was exceptional - she really helped tailor some of the features of the car to my likes and capabilities!.From the time I walked in to the time I drove out the entire experience and service was incredible.Even to the point that just the other day (a few weeks after I took delivery of the car) I called Joel when I had a bit of a road incident with a pothole and he and Dave talked me through it which helped a lot, and Matt in finance who made the financial side of the deal go very smoothly just yesterday helped sought out an issue with my previous cars finance - great after sales work guys!The dealership is incredible, and all the staff are just as amazing.I would definitely recommend BMW Col Crawford to anyone looking for a new vehicle.

Took delivery of a new 330E this past weekend from Col Crawford BMW. We have bought from them before and keep coming back for more due primarily to the amazing service we have been given by David Wright their service manager. He has been absolutely outstanding over the years in looking after us post purchase. I also want to give Pearl and Dave (from the Sales team) a shout out for the great advice and service given throughout the sale and delivery process. Pearl was fantastic in looking after us and also in going through the car on del;ivery. All in all a fantastic experience from the team.

In a time where Australia is suffering to find quality customer service, David Wright the service manager has gone out of his way to assist me in more ways than one! I can't really fault the customer service from Col Crawford BMW at all. From day one, Dennis and Joel have been nothing short of phenomenal. They've always been a phone call or a text message away, going above and beyond in every aspect of my purchase. I'm not a stranger to buying new cars, but buying a car I had never seen nor driven before made me hesitant and really tested my trust and courage but I always felt like I was in very good hands - and indeed I was.From my initial enquiry to delivery 3 weeks later (an delivered straight to my door), every person I dealt with; Dennis, Joel, Jamil, Brent and Jane were a pleasure to deal with. Everyone got back to me whenever there was a missed call. Answered every single question I had (and I had plenty) and were upfront and honest. I’m not one to spread google reviews but this is an exception: I have been a customer of Col Crawford for many years but the service level of their service department never fails to amaze me. After all the help from David and John in the most diverse situations they have become my best friends in all matters automotive. Get my pink slip done in an hour - you’ve got it. I recently bought a demo X5 from Col Crawford BMW. Highly recommend David Burns for his friendly and honest service starting from the very first telephone conversation. Really appreciate the way David managed the whole process seamlessly and it was a great relief for me as I’m based in Melbourne. Hands down he’s one of best!Another five-star service was given by Jamil Ershad when arranging the finance and insurance. He is very attentive to detail and fast responding to all the questions I had through out the process.I’m 100% confident to highly recommend David, Jamie and the team for anyone who’s looking for a BMW.
