Shane is a mechanic who only repairs the power steering components when they have been removed from vehicles. Have used Shane's services many times. His work is quick, thorough and his prices most reasonable. He normally services the motor trade (I am a retired mechanic) and he is extremely well know in the industry for his competency and professionalism. Shane is a person who is easy to deal with, knows his stuff and will find out if someone brings him something unusual or something he has not dealt with before. Very happy to know and recommend Shane.

Awesome service and great value

I had an issue with my Honda Accord power steering and spoke to Better Steering Service. The person I spoke to was the most genuine person you could ever meet. His advice and recommendation saved me. He didn't want anything and even offered me an O ring for free. I know an O ring isn't expensive but that isn't the point. He helped me and went into so much detail to get me out of trouble and I fixed it for a few dollars. I was quoted $700+ dollars to fix this from another company. Better Steering Service was truely the most honest company and I cannot thank them enough. Thankyou for your amazing customer service and amazing advice. Oh my goodness! I have been in the Automotive game for over 10 years now and it is extremely hard to find businesses as professional and reliable as Shane from Better Steering Services. He rebuilt the steering box from my KE20 Corolla and his communication ,honesty ,expertise and job turnover, from picking up my steering box one day to dropping it back off the next, was incredible to say the least.
