Aussie Mailman

We traveled Australia for 3 years and used Aussie Mailman the whole time. We never lost any mail and when we wanted it redirected it was done immediately. A great service, and if we traveled again we'd use them.

Cannot fault this business or their service. Peter and his staff are responsive to questions and special requests. We use them regularly on our frequent trips away and I've never experienced an issue. I have complete confidence and trust in Peter and his staff and can highly recommend if you're on the lookout for a mail holding and redirection service.

Signed up for 6 months whilst travelling Australia. All the staff and the owner were outstanding in their customer service and helpfulness. They called me to help more than I called them. Their website and user interface was really easy to use and had all the info you could ask for. Prices were fair for all parts of their service. We're so glad we chose Aussie Mailman, Many thanks to Peter and all the staff.

We have been with Aussie Mailman for over two years and I must say that the experience has been a positive one. No more paying a lot for an empty PO box and having to travel to check if anything arrived. The AM team lets you know as soon as a letter arrives and gives you the option to have it destroyed, scanned and emailed, or to have it physically mailed to your address. Perfect.

Although i haven't actually had an mail yet, as Ive just signed up, Peter has been very helpful in explaining everything and is contactable easily by phone - a big plus for me. Tried another business and although the rates were competitive they didn't have a phone no to ring and just contacted you back via email - I am much happier with what Peter is offering.

This service works perfectly and all done online. I had only a few days to find a mail solution before moving to the US. Google search came up with Aussie Mailman. I had never heard of this but after some more sesrching it became apparent that there were a few users out there who rated it well. As I had little time to lose I decided to roll the dice and register.Easy process. The only slightly confusing bit was paying in advance to cover the cost of forwarding the mail to me in the US. I worked that out very quickly though. I set the timing of mail forwarding and hoped for the best.The next thing was to divert mail to Aussie Mailman. Luckily, Australia Post let's you do this completely online. So I was organised.After arriving in the US I started receiving email notifications when an item of mail was received by Aussie Mailman. After 2 weeks the first bundle of mail was forwarded. It arrived successfully. The next one will be arriving in a few days.I am very happy with the service. It works very well and you can change your set up online anytime. I haven't had to speak to anyone - it has all gone very smoothly. I would suggest that people who have given a low rating may struggle with online services more generally as I found this fairly easy to set up.Great idea and a great mail forwarding solution.

Perfect, effective service. We moved away from Australia about 8 years ago and have been using Aussie Mailman all of that time - it has been an essential service for us, and always quick, effective and well priced. Highly recommend.

A brilliant service operated by a caring smart team. I have been overseas on and off for four years and have maintained my mail services using the Aussie Mailman. My mail has always been sent promptly to where ever I am located. Never misses a beat! The scan feature is my favorite. Some letters are just junk and this allows me to choose before sending what I really need. Again I highly recommend their service.
