Amazing customer service from the Supagas team in Rockhampton this week! I went in on Monday to hire out a heater for Saturday and it was the most easy process ever! The girl at the counter was lovely and so helpful! The Delivery was on time and the driver made sure everything was working and set up for me to make it 100x easier for me when I used them. Amazing staff and service. The driver went above and beyond today to replace our empty gas bottles when I forgot to order. He went completely out of his way to drop two bottles off before heading back to the depot today. Thank you so much

After contacting another company who couldn't help me for 10 days, I phoned Supagas and they did a same day delivery. Customer service was beyond excellent. Friendly and super efficient. Very grateful and appreciative for their service.

I contacted several gas suppliers in Rockhampton to source LPG for a new system, I found the young lady on the phone excellent to deal with and she subsequently organised the delivery with one days notice and provided a delivery time. The cylinders arrived at the actual time stated. Great service and great staff would certainly recommend Supagas as a supplier.
