The Best Little Paw House

This is our dogs second visit to the Best Little Paw House. He is very old and not the easiest to deal with however the awesome staff managed to get all the bits he hates having done. They are efficient and affordable with easy drop off and pick up.Highly recommend The Best Little Paw House!!

What can I say...I have had dogs all of my life but I am more than happy to drive from Melbourne to this awesome place, everytime my 2 x Mini Schnauzers (loves of my life) need a beauty treatment! Skilled & caring groomers especially Susan - ask for her!

Susan and the team are a friendly, courteous and professional salon that provide a fantastic service. My dog is always happy to get to the salon and leaves looking and smelling great.

Disappointed with the service today. My 5 month old puppy was terrified to be dried by the dryer and the man stated that I should do something about that because he was just terrible". My poor puppy does not know any different. He also said he was bad in the bath but it was "manageable". Being his first time getting groomed

Terrible service!!People be aware prices aren’t as per quoted! Parents took in my dog, Maltese/Shih-Tzu for grooming and was quoted $65. Went to pick him up and was charged $90! Reason being was two people had to hold him, not good enough! Previous groomer (sadly moved away) would do it all by herself and not one day complained of him, he is the most placid dog you can get. Clearly just a scam to get more money. Not happy with the service and definitely will not be going back!!!Reply…..Clearly my review has made you angry and upset for you to make false accusations, if my dog was neglected he wouldnt be going to the groomers.Very unprofessional of you to respond in this matter.

Good service but I wish they would listen to what you tell them and do it. Pretty disappointed to pick up our boy and have all his beautiful wavy fur gone it’s incredibly short and his teddy bear fur face taken completely away not at all what we asked for or wanted. went for a trim cam back near shaved. Wife told them was not what we asked for said they didn’t say much. Will be going elsewhere.
