Not exactly the 5 star experience we’d hoped for. To the credit of the Adelaide team they did everything in their power to get the car to us as soon as possible and for that I’m grateful. If your expecting to feel super special on your new Tesla purchase, think again. No bow, not offer to take photo. Simply transfer the car into your app and off you go.

Large numbers of Teslas being handed to new owners. Quick and easy and customer-centric. Other car manufacturers should take note of Tesla's processes.

One of the worst experiences so far. Ordered a Tesla in March and my delivery was meant to be between Feb - May, which was perfect since my current lease finishes in March, hence the reason I ordered. I got a message today stating that My car will be delivered early (in exactly 2 weeks) which is almost 2 to 3 months earlier than what was communicated to me at first and my expected delivery time.I tried contacting Tesla to see if they are willing to hold my order until end of Jan so I can get the car but I was told they cannot hold and I will have to cancel and re-order however they cannot guarantee a delivery date if I order again. I felt like it was a rip off and an unfair way of handling a situation which as a customer was not my fault. I will cancel my order but will not order a Tesla again. Such poor customer experience to be honest, expected more from a company such as Telsa.

The Tesla guys were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Test drive was great, just waiting for delivery now!
