Stayed in a studio room, was one of the best stays on my trip. The room is lovely (the views from our balcony were wonderful), the room service is convenient and helpful, and we loved playing tennis and air hockey. The restaurant is pricey but delicious. Our neighbors were a bit noisy and we could hear a lot through the walls, but we managed. Walking around the grounds is pleasant, and it's nice to see other guests enjoying themselves.

I personally would have given this 5 stars - the staff are kind, the rooms are big, they are actual houses although, the beds are hard and not that comfy. This evening, we went to dinner and it took about 30+ minutes for the kids meals to arrive and 1.00+ hours for the adult meals to arrive. I have been sitting here for around 45+ minutes and my dessert has still not arrived. It has been around 2hours that I have been sitting here for and my dessert has still not arrived. A worker just came up to us and told us that the dessert will be here soon. I will probably be sitting for another 30+ minutes before my dessert comes.Subscribe to my YouTube channel.Visit my website

We were so disappointed with this place. The room was run down. Cobwebs all over the windows, so much dust around the edges of the carpets and behind the beds and bedside tables. We carried our luggage up two flights of stairs with three kids in tow with an unbearable chemical carpet smell throughout the staircase. There were ants in the kitchen when we woke and pull out sofa comes complete with wafer thin mattress and poles that poke your back all night. The walls are so thin you can hear everything from furniture moving to footsteps. Only one set of tiny shampoo and body gel was in the bathroom. Honestly, how dare you charge your 4 star rates for these rooms. And on top of that you forced us into a two night stay. We hardly slept for two nights and paid you a fortune. If anyone had bothered to ask about our stay at check out I would have gladly told you face to face. It's just arrogance all round at this place, all money taking and no care factor. Please don't waste your time and money.

Good facilities if you’re after a family fun resort, for the young ones in particular. Got great facilities re. Pool, Jumping pillow, Games room.Word of warning is to BYO your own pillow, as these will send you to a chiropractor.Furthermore, the beds are the equivalent (if not equal to) sleeping on cardboard or your mates couch. Worth looking somewhere else if you’re not an easy sleeper.Solid 3 out of 5. Restaurant made up for it, but slightly pricey if you’re on a budget.

Great accomodation, it has everything you need: shampoo, conditioner, hair dryer, cutlery, glasses of water, clothing hangers for your clothes, a safe, some shelves to stock some things, bedside tables, a TV in the bedroom and living room, a fridge with an ice tray with a tiny milk carton for a lot of space, a microwave, a toaster, towels for the shower/bath and pool, an arcade, an indoor & outdoor pool and a playground for the little kids. Will definitely come again here, lovely view too!

Really worn out grotty apartment, didn’t feel comfortable taking shoes off in there just seemed very dirty. A lot of dead bugs and what not. Reception staff and restaurant staff were very nice thought! Also great play areas and equipment for kids! Oh and the restaurant food was terrible! The dinner we had, everything was so extremely over priced & out of 5 meals ordered only 1 tasted ok. The buffet breakfast wasn’t great either, not sure how hard it is to make mushrooms but the mushrooms was gross.

Loved our stay here whilst visiting Phillip Island.Stayed in their 1 bedroom apartment which was nice and clean. It came with a kitchen and full sized fridge. Cooking appliances provided but make sure you bring your own oil and stuff. Only comment is probably some instructions for the oven as it took a while to work out.Buffet breakfast available on site at a discounted price if you prebooked. Looked good but we didn't have it as we already had breakfast sorted.Would recommend for those who like to prep or cook their own meals. Not on Phillip Island but close enough that it's worth it.

The resort itself was fantastic. The only thing that brings my score down is the service. We had 3 meals (2 Dinner 1 breakfast) and all three times we had missing items and over an hour and a half long wait for very mid food, as well as its very overpriced. If you come here you’re better off driving to the island for food. However the rooms and facilities on offer are great

This place have no service at all , staff was rude ,reception was so depressing and unhelpful.receptionist will have an argument for us been overcharged for our buffet breakfast. We have booked the resort room at the place for one night , 2 adults and 4 year old child , you can hear the noise from next door . Although it’s newly built and good fecility, but reallyNot worth to ruin your holiday over rude staff and extremely bad service. I’d I could give 0 star for the service, I will !

I can't fault it for what they offer. The full size basketball court, jumping pillow and indoor pool kept my son and I busy (a bit cold for the outdoor pool around Easter). Really nice strip of restaurants, shops and a pier are only about 20min away. Grounds are well taken care of. Beautiful views to take in if you head out the front, past reception - just sit on the grass and take it in.
