Visited on the 17/04/2023I had a nice lunch here, I would definitely recommend this lovely eatery for anyone looking for a nice atmosphere to eat their breakfast or lunch. Can be by yourself or with a group of friends. I only give 4 stars and here’s some constructive feedback: The service needs to be improved as it’s a little slow and food took a while but that’s fine as the food was actually tasty and worth it. By the way maybe put less sauce on the burger.

Food was wonderful. Service impeccable! Atmosphere excellent however, screaming kids really are a bother. I wonder how their staff do not go mad by the noise kids and their owners. They should have been at McDonald's with other noise children.The Crumbed flathead were so delicious along with the salad...mmmmmm yummy.

We have been there several times and they meet our expectations. I like the food, flexibility to make changes in dishes, friendly service and the covenient location. They do accept bookings most of the time. Also, there is always nice artwork on the walls that you can purchase. Absolutely a feel good place...

Amazing. The staff here are incredibly helpful and polite. Absolutely nothing bad I can say about The Arthouse.They help customers, respect their wishes and are just the perfect cafe. I highly recommend visitting this place if you're passing through or local.I hope you all enjoy it as much as I do!Update: Even a year after leaving this review, I still come here regularly. It is consistent with great management and great staff. It's the only cafe that I visit twice.

Myself and a large group of people went to Luigi's restaurant at Narellan Town Centre for lunch but they wouldn't give individual bills expecting one person paying the bill with others paying that one person from their debit/credit cards being impossible for aged pensioners. At least 50 of us walked out going to The Arthouse Cafe across from Luigi's where the food was delicious, not overpriced and we could all have individual bills. The staff were lovely and we all enjoyed our meals having a fabulous relaxed time there. Myself and others would always return to The Arthouse but never to Luigi's.

A wonderful spot to get a delicious breakfast or lunch!Although this is the restaurant where we typically have our big breakfast on Saturdays, the service was not very good today.We waited for a server for ten minutes before anyone came to take our order. The food arrived quickly, however there were neither cutlery or napkins was offered!! We were not provided with any water at any point. Everyone who came after us was given the utmost care and consideration. Being here today did not make us feel very well. only an unpleasant and unsettling sensation!!

look the food is great, but every time I order through uber eats and pay for extra items they never give them to me!!!! I pay for extra egg, which is $3.50, and I never get. I also write these in the comments section, and they never provide what I ask for. This is not extra egg.

I came here for brunch and atmosphere, staff was good but food took too long to come out. The salad I ordered was not consistent with table next to me. The steak I ordered I have to compliment it was cooked to perfection of Medium. A nice hang out and chill place for most mum's during the day, not exactly impressive or terrible. Average cafe experience?

Lovely meal but service low level, waitress tried to carry 15 plates and cuttlery at once and dropped them around tables twice, over charged table two drinks then took 20 min conversation x3 to reimburse and refused to refund drinks charged to another on the same table.Had a great experience trying to convince staff of concepts of basic customer service or customer labour to prevent being ripped off.

I had breakfast here this morning. Eggs Benedict with ham and a coffee.The ham was cold which made the dish cold. The eggs were under cooked. I get people like the yolk to be runny but the white parts were really runny.When I told the lady serving me she just took my plate away didn't say a word to me apart from they are poached eggs" she is an older lady with short hair and was really rude.The staff at the counter were so nice. The guy who makes the coffee is nice and great coffee BTW.The lady at the counter gave me a discount but when I walked away I worked out that is was probably a couple of dollars. I literally had a coffee and less then half a meal and it cost me $27. On top of it the lady who served me was rude. I feel really ripped off."
