Baby Bunting Midland

Went into to purchase a car seat on the 2/12/22. Needed help as I’m sure most people know it can be a bit confusing.Waited a bit to see if there would be any staff to come help. One lady was on her computer near the seats and I thought perhaps when she finished she might come help? It was pretty clear that I was looking at the seats but she disappeared. Waited a bit longer and gave up.Shame because I thought a business would want to make a sale. I drove 2.5 hrs and left empty handed.

I just want to say Shannon from baby bunting Midland was super lovely and helped us out to get the exact colour pram we wanted! Thank you so much Shannon we will definitely be returning because of your customer service!

I’ve experienced poor customer service here before but today was extremely disappointing. Staff need to be trained on how to handle simple customer service and pricing promotion. A transaction that should have taken 5 minutes turned into 45 minutes.Long story short, they were unable to price match an online promotion they had going on in-store. Met with a few firm ‘no’ from counter staff and advise that the promotion was ‘online only’ but they’ll be happy to price match other stores.Highly recommend to avoid this store and drive the extra mile to Osborne Park.Unfriendly, poor communication & unnecessary delays.

Staff are very helpful here - they ask if you need assistance and if you don’t, they won’t bother/annoy you by asking 5 more times, but if you do need help they are very accommodating to find what you need. Definitely our preferred way of shopping!

Almost every time I’ve visited this store I’ve had a bad experience because the staff aren’t trained. I went in once to ask how to use one of the carriers they sold me and she told me to go to YouTube. The store wasn’t busy or anything - why couldn’t she show me? And I’ve tried three different times to buy window shades for my car - the staff member would come out, look at my windows, then sell me ones that didn’t fit each time. I eventually gave up and still don’t have window shades for my car. I was going to have my car seat installed there but from the looks of another review on here they don’t always do that properly either, and I’m not risking it.

Excellent service from Erika. Very friendly and knowledgeable - not pushy and respectful. She made the while experience less stressful for my Husband and I.Two additional staff where also checking on us to see if needed help which was very attentive too!We'll be back to purchase more from Erika :)

Came here last night to get a few things and Laura was amazing.She was so helpful, kind and caring and as a new parent it was such a nice experience to have someone so patient helping me out.Haven’t had customer service that good in a long time and it stands out a lot when you get a person that goes above and beyond to help someone get what they need.Thanks so much Laura!

We bought a car seat about 8 months ago and paid to have it professionally installed by baby bunting. Today we have found out after all this time that the seat was installed incorrectly! Isofix not used at all and the instructions passed on to us were wrong and unsafe! Thank goodness we have not been in a accident. Do not use this service. Complete waste of money and dangerous .

Erica hope I got the name rightAbsolutely amazingHelped me pick out a pram/bassinet/cot sleeper/car seat/rocker/mattress/bottle steamer kit/and bath she could not of helped me more then she didme being heavily pregnant I just wanted to get what I needed and get out!!!! every question I had answered with easeThe bath though was the most expensive bath they had I wanted one with temperature reading and weight aswell they only had one on the shelf the Matt inside the bath was torn and the screen was scratched up still usable but I wouldn’t pay full price for it so I asked Erica can you give me discount on the bath she said I will ask my managerShe asked the manger’ the manager did not even acknowledge her existence!! I’m just standing there like what is going on!!! I can see the manger is not busySo I got the bath off Erica walked up to the manger showed her what was wrong with the bath completely ignored me until I walked away and she said we can do 10 percentThen goes I will go out the back and see if we have a new oneWell Erica has already asked if any more are in stock I just thought great way to waste my time I’m standing here in pain spending thousands in the store and you just feel like ignoring customers…..I said that would be great I got a new oneErica stayed so calm while being disrespected like thatI would never ignore my staff or customers like that especially when they are trying to make sales and other customers are watchingI hope this review does not impact Erica at work because I needed something done today and she did it and she put up with my partner and his million questions and served other customers at the same time and I can tell she puts up with the negativity from the manager it’s just the fact that Erica was so helpful and nice that I didn’t drop my sale and just walk out after being disrespected like that!!!!!
