Very bad experience. They wanted to charge labor of 3(132/hr*3) hours to replace a battery and hard drive and when I asked for reason, the reason is to copy the data from current hard drive to new one it will take time, yes they will charge you for the machine's work which happens in the background. What's even bad is they didn't communicate that it will take 3 hours when I rejected the quote they shared they said already one hour work over in cleaning the laptop and they charged me 132 dollars without fixing the problem why I gave the laptop.

Holy Moly,I would have lost my job, business and my current clients it wasn't for these guys.Rick calmed me down when my PC crashed, recovered all my data AND delivered me a rental PC, ON THE SAME DAY. This saved me as I could complete my work for the next few weeks while they diagnosed the issues of the problem.You pay for quality in my experience, pricing was on the higher end of things but affordable even as a soul trader. Was under the thousand dollar mark for weeks of work and well worth it for what I got.Not only do they do servers but high end gaming/editing Pc's which was perfect for my situation.Thank you Rick, John and the team for saving my business and helping me out.
