Bridgestone Service Centre Shepparton (Truck Centre)

2-1/4 hours to fit two tyres and tubes ??? I had booked a week previously with my requirements, waiting, waiting an hour then discovering the tubes had to be ordered from somewhere. Men wandering everywhere maskless.No communication at all about any delay. Can't help wondering if the treatment would have been better had I been a man.Not happy, won't be coming back, won't be recommending this business.

We went to Shepparton last Friday 25/02/22 to have a set of tyers fitted.the appointment was for 2.30 . We had come from Nagambie and were a little bit early. After standing at the counter for a few minutes the person finally looked up. No hello no can I help you. So l said to her I had an appointment to get four tyres fitted. She rudley asked for the keys and told me to sit down. One hour and fifteen minutes later she informed us rudley that the tyers were not there. We ordered them the week before so this would not happen. I love brighstone but I will never step foot in this place again.

Urgently needed a repair in order to drive to a panel repair appointment. Said they had it in stock. When i called to ask when i could organise to get another 3 so all my wheels where new they told me they didn't have any and not even the 1 they said they had would be ready till after the weekend so i missed said appointment.If you dont have something in stock don't lie to get the business

I got it wrong .First visit great ,second time was rubbish .Not what I asked for done ,was not listened to, told would be called when ready was not. When arrived to pickup my son had to discover the broken wheel cap in the car. Was not apologised to at any stage but the tech who broke it actually argued and gave sarcastic response, the lady working there was the only one who offered any sort of politeness took photo and said cap would be replaced ....it hasn't to this time. Not happy with balance steering wheel still shakes the same and funnily the price for wheel alignment was $10 dearer than 3 weeks previously.I learned my lesson this time

Nothing is too much trouble for these guys. Always great service. They make sure they explain everything so you understand. No technical mumbo jumbo.

Had a tyre with a slow leak in it. Went to Bridgestone and they fixed it. Good service as always, polite staff. Not a long wait time. Have used Bridgestone services ever since we moved here. And would recommend them to anyone without hesitation.

Friendly wonderful fantastic staff. Squeezed me in just before closing on a Saturday, when my tire got flat at bunnings and had been stuffed around for more than one and a half hours with Bob Jane T-mart. As the tire needed replacing and thought to get all four tires done as having to do alot of Melbourne trips now. I couldn't keep waiting for them to replace my tires as told at least another hour or more. And needed to get home to my family.Couldn't praise Bridgestone more for squeezing us in, giving us a great deal on tires and such quick and friendly service. Highly recommend them. Thanks guys. Will definitely come back again.
