Australia Post - Midland DC

The worst service ever. I had sent an urgent parcel via express post. First of all, it got delayed and that was updated only after 3 days. Finally, it said the item got delivered on Monday around midday.But then later on, my recipient said that she couldn’t find the parcel anywhere around or even the we missed you card. It has such sentimental value and had to be delivered to her before her International flight.I raised an enquiry for missing item as I couldn’t get hold of them after-hours and got an update later saying that the item is ready for collection at Midland DC today. Like seriously?? Why would you say it’s “DELIVERED AND LEFT IN A SAFE PLAEC” if it has been taken to the collection centre? I could have asked her to just go to the AuPost for collection directly during the business hours. Now, she is gone in her 6am flight and missed the parcel.I feel like my item would have been lost for sure, had i not got extra cover and not raised an enquiry. This is ridiculous.

I ordered something online just a small package. Waited a week and a half for it to come. It came but when it said on its way I went and checked my letter box and there was the note saying I need to pick it up from the local post office. Annoyed that the driver didn't come to my door I went all the way to the post and they said he wasn't back yet that I had to come back later. I get up this morning to go and get the package and it says that they are closed. This is ridiculous now I have to wait until Monday to get the small package that should've been delivered to my door and not just taken to the post.

The drivers get paid by the number of deliveries they make. Can someone who speaks Chinese tell the drivers they are supposed to knock on the door and not just stick a you have mail " card in the letter box so that i now have to go pick my parcel that I've paid to have delivered"

Done know why there are so many bad reviews. I always know I can go anytime and I hardly ever wait. Great service

Deliveries usually get placed within the front gate that is always open of my house. Driver decides to write locked gate on mail card because he was too lazy to walk the 8 steps to place the parcel near my front door. now I have spend 30minutes to collect the parcel.. absolute joke I can't believe how lazy people are sometimes

Only works half of the time. I boguht a small package online and i get a notification on my computer to come pick it up but no one was here and no collection card and go to pick it up they say it could not fit on there bike i was mad they could of just sent it on a van but they didnt so i have to come do to get my product that i PAID them to DELIVERp but they DIDNT and they close at 5 o clock

3 months we had to wait for a parcel collected by ourselves. No one willing to step up and solve. The parcel FIFO between Perth and Melbourne for 4 trips! Worst service!

no advertised opening times so many wasted journeys.why make it so difficult for people, especially when cards are left in mailbox rather than deliver parcels when I'm home? Lazy

Why isn't the parcel collection open on Saturday morning as often the unbelievable tried to deliver " info isn't received until too late Friday."
