Peaceful Bay Fish & Chips
Great service, fish and chip was nice and you can add your own salts and vinegar and they generally don't give a lot. The price was a little high imo but the atmosphere is nice and clean in the shop. The packaging was good in a white carton packaging.

Wonderful fresh cooked fish eaten on the beach, what could be better? Fantastic service from young locals like Campbell, polite, informative, and fun. Possibly the most authentic great southern experience.5 stars

Had the Kids Fish and chips. Fish is bronze whaler shark. Up there with the best fish and chips I have had. We will be back.Thoroughly recommend.

We were recommended to take the short trip out to Peaceful Bay for fish and chips . It was worth the drive and it has a beautiful little CP. Nice bay

Peaceful Bay Fish & Chips
Was hoping for some fresh fish and chips after the treetops but wasn't open on a Thursday. Signs were out on the main road saying they were open. Checkout the sly fox instead just down the road.

Peaceful Bay Fish & Chips
This is my first-ever review. Had the snapper and fish for $27. The snapper was dry and flavorless. And chewy. The chips were not crisp, were dry and tasted odd. Not nice at all. For a food outlet which prides itself on fresh, local fish, it was poor.

Ok fish & chips, bit heavy on the salt, small serves considering the price. I wouldn't drive out of the way for the experience. The shop is set back from the beach and if you want to watch the waves and eat, you will need to drive or walk to the beach. Been there done that, would I go back, no. Would I recommend the experience, no.

They catch their own fish and cook it beautifully. Chips above average also.Had a burger for lunch another day, large juicy patty, plus all the right salad bits & cooked onion on a good bun. Terrific. They care about serving tasty food.

Peaceful Bay Fish & Chips
Came to get fish and chips with the family before doing the Valley of the Giants walk and was shocked that they don’t sell fish outside of a $27 fish and chip meal package. It would have cost well over $120 for a family of 4 to dine there when we just wanted 4 pieces of fish and a minimum chips to share and brought along our own salad. Sorry to say but we won’t be supporting this price gauging business.We ended up at the roadhouse and purchased homemade sausage rolls and chips for the same price as one meal. They also sell fish and chips for a quarter of the price. Nice outdoor area or picnic tables next to the river.
