Very disappointing. We received a very basic brief email that cost over $700 with an expectation of a further $1200 for photos and the email transferred into a brief report. The communication was poor. We did not receive a phone call to discuss the issues of the property before the inspection as agreed upon. We were sent an email that we did not receive. After 6 weeks of un-responded emails asking for our report, we finally got a brief email sent to us again. Not at all what we expected, and extremely costly for a very average and miserly service.Upon seeing your rude response below, I hope those reading will now see what kind of service they would be receiving should they use your company.You did not respond to my concerns regarding your 6-week delay, unanswered emails, lack of communication, no phone call and high fee for an unsatisfactory email.Instead, your childish response hid behind a concentrated attack on my person, my job and my character. Your personal attack is very poorly judged and highly misogynistic. Your attempt to belittle and derogate your customers does not bode well for Novak's reputation. I hope other women and men will think twice before engaging your poor service. This is not the right example you should be setting.
