Disappointing - we went there for breakfast and they charged me $29.63 for a egg Benny(small portion only one toast) and a coffee on SundayAnd they brought coffee minutes after they served food

The Essence Cafe
Been here countless times for breakfast and lunch as we are locals. The food is pretty good. Coffee is not great, often tastes quite burnt and has a bland flavour overall. The service is also quite mediocre. We’ll often be waiting to be served for 5 minutes while a staff member is standing right in front of us doing another job. It’s a shame because as I said, the food is nice and it’s very nicely decorated inside but the coffee and service definitely need some improvements.

Delicious food and friendly staff! I had the breakfast gnocchi and my partner had the pork Benny and both were amazing, and the coffees were amazing too! Highly recommend

The Breakfast and Coffees were excellent. My wife had a Vegan option and myself a Standard Big Daddy Breakfast. Most definitely would return on future trips to Stirling area.

We went to Essence café yesterday and although it was busy and there were people everywhere, the service was friendly and prompt!! Great food and coffee as always, the Gnocchi is to die for!!

I used to enjoy the vegan options but they've changed. And not for better.Booked a table but when I got there it hadn't been held. We were asked to sit at one end of a large group table.

It doesn't look like much from the outside, but this cute & cozy little Cafe is a little hidden gem. It's a great place to go for a breakfast, brunch or lunch! I was surprised as to how much detail goes into the food here. - Made with love for sure!The staff were lovely and friendly, which made us feel right at home.If your in Stirling, go visit Essence!

Good selection of food to pick from. We were just walking by and had a look at a few places to eat but most were bakery and wanted something small to eat and we found this place and great to have all day breakfast as we go there at 2pm and just felt like breakfast.. also had a coffee which was amazingly smooth to drink.Has plenty of room either inside or outside. Also have a good selection of sweets that were amazing will definitely be back here soon.

Visiting for a few days we found this place while wandering. It's near the car park and the menu looked great. Service was prompt, coffee was good and the food top notch.Scrambled Eggs with Soft shell Crab and Breakfast Gnocchi. Both very tasty
