Absolutely stoked at the customer service. Just bought a metal lathe and the after sales support has been nothing short of outstanding.

I recently purchased a machinery item from Fiora machinery. Everything was great!

I recently visited Fiora store and was very pleased with the customer service received. Their staff is very welcoming and knowledgeable in the products they support.

I have bought machinery from fiora in the past with minimum drama, faulty goods echanted with no fuss, etc. This morning I was in the middle of buying another piece of machinery and during that transaction one of the guys spoke out that they do not care about their customers because their customers don't care about them. He spoke out that it is just the money, he pointed to me and I initially agreed but them quickly thought no because I do care about my customers and would hate them to think otherwise. I then said that they could keep the machinery I was just about to pay for and walked out and bought the machinery from hare and forbes. I know I'll a small fish in a big pond and that is probably why I will always appreciate and care about my customers were as this place apparently does not.
