Uni Resort

The place is nice and quiet, ideal for studying. It also has quite good accessibility to quite a wide variety of shops nearby.The pool is more suitable for pool parties than actual swim practice, but that does not bother me too much. 200 GB a month is actually a rather fair allocation, considering that I actually needed to be downloading a lot to even go over that allocation.As for room cleanliness, it is really down to how clean the tenants keep it, as the public areas are professionally cleaned, but personal areas such as kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms are only as clean as the tenant keeps it.

A good price, but some rooms/apartments are much nicer than others. My walls have a couple cracks and dings (from previous tenants), and the queen bed" is two singles pushed together. The provided furnishings are outdated

For the student accommodation, you aren’t allowed any guests past 10pm. Complete bs for any reason.

So i've been a resident for nearly 2 years and since the new management has taken over, the place is so much more homely. The people are coming together and not afraid to throw gatherings and host community events coming in after Covid settled down.Also one of the main things I love is that we have a voice here and the management actually care about our thoughts and ideas for the place as a whole. I love the direction that UniResort has taken recently and i'm excited to see the future of it, especially after renovations.I would definitely recommend living here if you want a friendly student environment with plenty of things to do such as: Going to the Gym, Multiple spas, A Sauna and Steam room, Table Tennis and MiniGolf as well as a Basketball/Tennis/ Soccer court and an amazing rehauled study room all at a cheap affordable price for student living in a great area close to the shops.

Residents living in this accommodation keep bringing shopping carts to there and park like the photo. How bad.. the management should let them not to do it and restrict it.

Right near a shopping centre. No need for a car. Easy commute to the city. Chill management. Follow the rules and you'll be fine. Good weekly rental cost. Relaxation facilities to the max. Room mates keep to themselves generally. Good internet. :)

Nice place, every member of staff does their job well. Rooms are quite nice and very clean, no mould. The process of moving in and also moving out was no fuss. Polite, quick to reply, understanding and accommodating. Quick to respond to repairs, very fair entry report on their end, this organisation is honest and kind. Kudos UniResort

Uniresorts is the best place to live if your looking for an affordable and well-placed location to live in. As it is super close to both Griffith University and Garden City, it is an ideal place for me to live for study and for daily life (as i don't have a car of my own).I have been living at Uniresorts for a total of 1 year now, and both the staff and the management have been extraordinary! When the pandemic first hit, I was hit with the loss of my job and therefore the loss of my finacial capabilities. Uniresorts made it a lot easier for me to leave due to fianancial difficultites; and they even let me move back in to my original room when the restrictions were lifted!Recently, while living at in an uniresorts apartment; there were issues with a new roommate who had just moved into my apartment (this roommate broke many tenant rules). I and my roommates asked for help on this matter to Uniresorts Staff; in which they responded quickly and assisted us greatly in handling the situation.Uniresorts Staff have been nothing but accommodating! Staff are lovely and great to chat to!Overall, Uniresorts is an ideal place for any and all students to come and enjoy their many amenities, chill with friends and to study/live at. 10/10 would recommend.

My name is Alex, and I have been living at uni resort for 6 months.Before arriving here, I was skeptical, due to the many negative reviews left here, but have since been pleasantly surprised.In my time here, I have found the people and environment to be very welcoming and diverse, with people from all around the world coming together during their studies. It's a great opportunity to make many great friends.The admins, cleaners and maintenance have all been super friendly and professional, quick to respond to queries and get them sorted.Would definitely recommend that people stay here :)

It is extraordinarily awesome place. I moved in here after one of my roommates bullied me in my previous place (Genesis 1 student accommodation), and no sction was taken on it, and after coming here, it was so calming for me, the people are nice (staff and tenants), the facilities work properly (all of them), nothing is bad, it's just so awesome. I would recommend this place 100/100. the rates are really reasonable too. You can get lots of facilities here.
