Chris is brilliant - he's a patient and passionate trainer, who tailors each session to where you're at. The sessions I had over the last 10 months, had just the right amount of challenge week to week to keep things interesting and yet clearly see progress, particularly in my shoulder stability. Chris' communication was good and I gained confidence from his highly personalised approach. I would highly recommend to anyone looking to work on their strength & stability, who needs a mix of expert guidance in specific areas, and challenge without overwhelm.

Just finished another amazing session with Chris and feeling great! Being a manly mum of 2 i was looking for some additional PT sessions where I could really just focus on myself and exercise. I despise running but really enjoy weights and strength work and Chris is exactly that.He tailors every session to my needs and goals and ensures he pushes me to my limit.He is extremely professional and insanely knowledgeable and passionate about what he does. He ensures my technique is always correct to avoid any injuries and ensure working correct muscles.He is always set up and ready to go ahead of time with an exercise routine always planned.I love my early morning PT sessions with Chris and look forward to them every week! I’ll scream his praises to anyone who will listen!

When I came to Chris I was adamant on my purpose: feel better first, look good second. The workouts he wrote out for our sessions were 100% suitable for my needs. While the routines followed a complete and consistent regimen, each session included a new goal, a new movement and essentially a surprise. Chris and I trained together for a total of 3 months, during those 3 months my physical strength, confidence and stamina improved greatly. Chris used routines that included resistance training, medium-heavy lifting and stabilization. While my physical health improved by default I noticed improvements in a health condition I have been managing for the last 5 years—fibromyalgia. The 3 months I trained with Chris helped me feel stronger not in only physically but mentally, I was able to be more consistent with my commitments to myself such as drinking more water, getting an average of 7 hours of sleep per night and creating more time to breath and focus on my wellbeing. Personal training with Chris was more than just becoming physically fit as he spent time helping me stretch, making sure my muscles were firing correctly and prepping my body for a rigorous workout. During our hour sessions he was 100% present for my goals and created a space where I could vent and release my emotional weight as well. My sessions with Chris were one of my greatest investments this year. I highly recommend him to anyone who is looking to becoming the best version of themselves.

This guy really knows what he is talking about!I have played professional basketball for a while and I use to know most of the exercises and approaches “personal trainers” use to presume with. But this guy (Chris Tyler), he Really knows what he is doing. Great knowledge from how to start to improve a basic health lifestyle to know every single protein in your body. Super well educated, very experienced, and the best of all; Great guy. He will make anyone feel comfortable.
